Hallo,kann es sein dass Kernel 5.2 noch keine dvb-Unterstützung bzw. Module hat?Habe den aktuellen von exp. mal installiert, keine DVB Eingänge erkannt.
Mit Kernel 5.1.16 problemlos.

Installed the actual 5.2 Kernel from exp, no dvb-inputs are found.
Started Kernel 5.1.16 again, no problems.

Ja, das sieht wohl so aus, muss ich beim näxten build fixen.

So, neuer 5.2er Kernel ist im Repo, da habe ich so ziemlich alles, was DVB ist, aktiviert.

Hallo, habe seit gestern wieder Internet (Glasfaser) und mit dem aktuellen d-u den Kernel 5.2.5-towo-3 bekommen.
Dvb geht prinzipiell, aber das Modul für Conextant CX24117/24132 (Karte mit 2 Tunern, ) werden nicht geladen. Das Modul für CX 24120/24118 (Techsan Co B2C2 FlexCopII DVB chip /Technisat Skystar 2) wird aber erkannt und betrieben.
Mit dem Kernel 5.1.16-towo-1 funktionieren sämtliche Karten/Tuner normal.

Firmware war bisher ok.

Erstmal möchte ich mich kurz vorstellen, bin dabei seit Kanotix, vorher SuSE und Mandrake. Bei Sidux war ich schon mal angemeldet als 'guzzel', ...und habe seitdem eure gute Arbeit einfach klammheimlich genutzt... ;)
Nun zum Problem, genau wie bei ReinerS funktioniert meine DVBS-Karte nur noch mit Kernel4.x. Es ist folgendes Modell https://linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/TeVii_S470 .
Die Technisat Skystar-S2 USB am Laptop funktioniert astrein :D
Towo, wenn du weitere Information brauchst, sag bitte welche, die bekommst du dann...

@unklarer: die Technisat SkyStar2 tut ja auch hier brav, nur die andere halt nicht.
Wobei ich auf dem "Heimserver" tvheadend zum Aufnehmen nutze. Kaffeine nur gelegentlich wenns mal Probleme zu checken gibt.

Naja, ich bräuchte zumindest die Info, welche Module geladen sind und was dmesg so zu der hardware sagt.

Habe gerade kernel 5.2.5 reingekriegt, gleiches Problem.Ich poste gleich mal die Liste mit den Modulen von Kernel 5.1.16.

Ja, ich muß auch korrigieren, bis Kernel 5.1.19 funktioniert die Karte. mit folgender Ausgabe:

Hm, lsmod zeigt m.W. aber nur die geladenen Module an.
Ergo müßtet Ihr mal schauen, wie denn das/die Module eurer Karten lauten und dann auf depends achten.

Erst, wenn "depends" "erfüllt" ist, wird das richtige Modul korrekt geladen.

Ausgaben vom 5.1 nützen mir nicht viel. Ein Anfang wäre mal ein manuelles modprobe der benötigten Module, wenn diese nicht automatisch geladen werden.
Und btw, ein Besuch im IRC würde das Ganze etwas beschleunigen, weil man dort in Echtzeit kommunizieren kann.

Kann es sein dass das Modul cx23885, das bei Kernel 5.1.16 noch drin ist bei 5.2.5 fehlt oder weggefallen ist?
