[EN] Installation in a virtual machine with LVM
« on: 2014/11/24, 21:49:22 »
Hi community,
I have today after long test with the release siduction (KDE) found that reports an installation in a virtual machine (kvm) using the Logical Volume Manager (LVM) every time you boot an error.

It will be located in the future timestamp of a file system reported that can be repaired sometimes and sometimes lead to a corrupt file system. This can be avoided if one when you start the VM parameter "-rtc base = local time, clock=host" indicates that the local time of the host system (host) responsible for the guest.

Code: [Select]
$ qemu-system-x86_64 -enable-kvm -hda siduction-14.1.0-kde-amd64.img -m 2048 -rtc base=localtime,clock=host -vga vmware
