i noticed after updating the kernel to 4.0.3 that my mute-button-LED is always on after booting the kernel.
When in grub and pre-booting-stage it can be switched normaly with Fn-F1.
When in GUI (kde) the OSD works normaly, switiching between 0% and 100% when pressing Fn-F1. Also, alsamixer toogles the "MM"-flag of the main-channel correctly.
So everything "on Screen" looks ok. But the mute-LED is always on and the internal soundcard is "by hardware" muted... no sound.
Feels like an hardware-mute, not recognized by the software.

ich habe seit dem Update auf Kernel 4.0.3 Probleme mit der Mute-Taste in meinem Thinkpad. Vor dem Laden des Kernels kann ich die Mute-Funktion mit Fn-F1 normal an- und ausschalten.
Aber sobald der Kernel geladen ist, leuchtet die LED ständig.
In KDE und bei alsamixer werden die Mute-Umschaltungen korrekt dargestellt, der OSD springt zwischen 0% und 100% und bei alsamixer erscheint und verschwindet das "MM" auf dem Main-Kanal.
Es sieht also alls korrekt auf dem Bildschirm aus.
Lediglich die Mute-LED leuchtet ständig und die Soundkarte schweigt.
Es fühlt sich wie ein von der Software unbemerkter Hardware-Mute an.
Ich hab die Tips der obigen Links schon ausprobiert, leider ohne Erfolg.
Ich versuchte jetzt noch mal einen alten Kernel zu booten.
