Title: Voip headset

I am just setting up a voip account for use with normal handsets but would also like the ability to use my PC. The options seem to be get a mike,plug into my soundcard and use my existing speakers or a combined headphone/speaker where there seems to be an infinite number,  with either jackplugs, usb, wifi,or bluetooth. Any recommendations for hardware that works with siduction  would be welcome.
