muss ich warten oder kann ich einen d-u durchführen ohne das es mir die Druckerkonfiguartion zerlegt?

Post by: melmarker on 2013/12/10, 21:01:51: wenn Du keinen HP Tintenpisser benutzt, dann ab dafür - cups-filters ersetzt foomatic-filters, das hat sich aber bei dem pseudoproprietären Zeug noch nicht rumgesprochen :)

Post by: dibl on 2013/12/11, 17:05:52: I let foomatic-filters and hpijs-ppd go in a d-u on Saturday. After another d-u on Sunday, I had to reinstall hplip-gui. Now my HP Laserjet P1606dn is working again with no issues.

No, but my printer requires the printer-driver-foo2zjs driver. Here is what I am seeing for the hpijs-ppds package, today:
