Hi all,
after upgrading my system to 3.8 from 3.6 kernel, my notebook fan doesn't work anymore, except for sudden short and loud maximum bursts, when reaching critical temperature... It's really strange. Under kernel 3.6 everything works normally.

UPDATE:
Problem persists also in kernel 3.8-5: underside of the laptop gets extremely hot, notebook fan is practically not working or at minimum level...
Please help!
