:(
After 5 days of being unable to Update without Download errors I changed my mirrors to the # official siduction-lists
For some unknown reason the ftp.lug.udel.edu mirrors are not working correctly. I have used them since 12 as they are geographically closer.
Once I changed to the Siduction Official mirrors I found myself needing to update 192 packages. Yikes!!!
IMO
Brush your teeth daily and update && apt-get dist-upgrade Daily.. :)

I was having the same issue, and I'm guessing it's because of the summer break.
Well, as Mirror Master, I will contact the sysadmin and see what's going on.
Sorry you are having problems, I'll check it out and let you know. Just an FYI, I find the Georgia tech mirror faster.
After a quick check, I'm not finding a problem, but, I'll try some downloads tomorrow and see if I get any errors. Thanks for reporting.
Thank You @GoinEasy9
I chose Univ of Del simply because it is Geographically closer to New England here. Never ran a mirror speed test. After all I really only have two close choices by me. I suppose I should run a mirror test. I do with Gentoo.
Also wrestling with the same issues with my Testing Upgrade from Wheezy. Getting similar errors as I try to Upgrade to Jessie.. So, as I get time I am trying repositories for testing.
