As I feel these warnings become annoying I want to suggest to all of us flashplugin-nonfree users to configure our computers like described here (thanks absolute):

If you like this solution please do not update manually today and tell us weather the cronjob did the job successfully. Else update with:
update-flashplugin-nonfree -iv

Because, i did get a 404-error and did the manual download - via heise.de download link, adobe site, unpack and copy according to Readme - to finally get update-flashplugin-nonfree -iv
