Title: shotwell not opening
Post by: michaa7 on 2013/09/11, 20:15:30
I installed shotwell.

When I try to open it I only get this error:

Quote$ shotwell
**
ERROR:src/db/DatabaseTable.c:1277:database_table_add_column: assertion failed: (res == Sqlite.OK)
Abgebrochen

I purged an reinstalled it, to no avail.

Works fine here.
Try deleting the database.

How?

I was searching in my home for a hidden shotwell file or directory but didn't find one. And database? What would be the path?

On the download menu I think there is an option to delete downloaded photos from camera.

And when the card is full I use it as roof shingle? That's quite a feature.
