As flashplugin updates in most cases are security related I now assume this reason as a fact for each new version until it get proven wrong.

Es gibt eine neue version des flashplugins. Ich nehme auf grund seiner update history nun einfach an, dass es sicherheitrelevant ist bis das gegenteil bekannt wird.

And it's now available with "update-flashplugin-nonfree -iv". Earlier it wasn't, so just an FYI.
