Hello, when I try to start The Gimp I obtain this message:
QuoteGEGL operation missing!
GIMP requires the GEGL operation "gegl:seamless-clone".
This operation cannot be found. Check your
GEGL install and ensure it has been compiled
with any dependencies required for GIMP.

Here, on 32 bit, fully updated exept today, but apt-get updated, Gimp works, libgegl-0.3-0 is neither on my system nor elsewhere in sid.
Where does this version come from?
I'm using the 64 bit version from repositories
dpkg -l | egrep "gegl|gimp"
~
towo:Defiant> dpkg -l | egrep "gegl|gimp"
hi gegl 0.3.0-0.siduction.3 amd64 Generic Graphics Library Test Program
ii gimp 2.9.1~git20140624-1.siduction.2 amd64 The GNU Image Manipulation Program
ii gimp-data 2.9.1~git20140624-1.siduction.2 all Data files for GIMP

It seems to be a mystic package:

No, it is not.
We have gimp in our experimental repo!

The experimental repo is somewhat hidden, not listed here:
http://packages.siduction.org/
So forget about what I said here, can't be of much help then.
Remove the experimental repository and reinstall the packages solved my problem.
Thank you!
and here is the perfect reason why i don't like dmo:

nothing against the packages, but the excessive usage of epoch sucks and is a real pita
