Awakening from Suspend to RAM stopped working some weeks ago on my siduction machine.
After pushing the power button, hard disk starts to revolve, LED`s on the computer and the monitor on again.
Keyboard is responsive but the monitor screen remains dark and change into text mode (CTRL+ALT+F1...6) does not work.
What is the reason: video/nouveau or service start problem/systemd?
Any hints appreciated.

This is the second time I have had this happen. The last time, I switched from nouveau to the Nvidia drivers. At some point I switched back to nouveau.
I am using a GT 430 (with passive cooling, I really like this card!). I had the same thing happen again some weeks ago as you state. I did the same thing again, switched to the Nvida driver. Suspend is functioning normally again.
