If you have an lxqt install -- hold off on full-upgrade -- right now d-u removes libfm-qt13 lxqt lxqt-core lxqt-panel -- probably not a good idea.
Looking into this situation, a transition to LXQt 2.0.1 is in progress, but packaging for Debian is not complete and some dependency issues still exist. For example:

EDIT 21 MAY: A full-upgrade to version 1.4.0-x is now stable, on my hardware:

I did a full-upgrade of my lxqt install yesterday and all is ok. Only libfm-qt13 was removed, and it is replaced by libfm-qt14
