Title: run0
Post by: titan on 2024/06/29, 11:19:12
Anyone trying run0. I have been using it for a few days it seem to be OK. Described as secure replacement for sudo, which I hardly use, I have found just run on it's own gives a root terminal same as su but colours the background with a red tint. Poettering's explanation for those that may have missed it     https://mastodon.social/@pid_eins/112353324518585654

Works. Incorrect password is rejected.
A third possibility. I use doas.   ;)
