Title: HTTP GET failed in apt-listbugs

Today when I try to upgrade I get the error

^Since this is probably a long-term problem (it's not clear whether the error comes from the package or from the dependencies), I purged the package temporarily. This means that ~20 packages are 'not needed'.

The D_U then runs without errors.

Here is the error I get from just now.
important bugs of busybox (1:1.37.0-7 → 1:1.37.0-9) <Outstanding>
b1 - #1126809 - busybox breaks mkinitramfs
b2 - #1126810 - busybox versions 1:1.37.0-8 and 1:1.37.0-9 removed $BUSYBOXDIR stating that initramfs-tools no longer use it, however initramfs-tools depends on initramfs-tools-core which still checks for and uses it in /usr/sbin/mkinitramfs
