rqt and font in title bar

In the rqt settings I found how to make bigger the fonts used in rqt menus. However, this does not affect the font size in the titel bar of the decoration.

Where may I change those as they are way to small?
Ok, you can't code, but you still might be able to write a bug report for Debian's sake

Did you try obconf, the settings manager fot the openbox window manager?
