The solution (provided by Wolfgang Walter) is:

ln -s /usr/lib/chromium/chromium-sandbox  /usr/lib/chromium/chrome-sandbox

as root.

FYI, (for copiers and pasters) there is no space between "chromium-sand" and "box".   ;)

Today? I do have a chromium with chrome-sandbox instead of chromium-sandbox since longer. And I didn't rename the file or symlinked anything. And yes, today's chromium update installed and runs fine.
