KDE SC 4.11.4 arriving to kdenext

Hello,

since a few hours ago KDE SC 4.11.4 is available in kdenext's experimental-snapshots. We hope to move it to unstable soon.

You are welcome. I have moved it to kdenext/unstable. I plan to do a couple of minor updates soon: kdegames and rekonq.
