Bring Audio-CD content to iPhone

Hi all,

first of all happy christmas to everybode here and a more peaceful new year!

I look for the best way to bring an audio-cd content to an iphone.
I think about making mp3's from the tracks ant then:

1) install "something" so that the tracks can be pushed via usb to the plugged device.
2) send the mp3's to a ftp-server and connect the iphone with an app to it.

Are there more efficient ways to do so?
Will the iphone undersand mp3?
What is a good recommendation for "something"?

my 2 Cent for 1):
you need to
i) rip the audio content of the CD, eg. by using cdparanoina
ii) encode the wav content to mp3, e.g. by using lame
A nice way combining these tasks is the abcde-tool, my recommendation for "something".

If you just want to be quick and have everything working seamlessly, install win and itunes under virtualbox. But for DFU mode, iphones get completely fooled by this config and work right out of the box.

Of two possible recovery modes to put the phone into in order to pump a firmware in it, it's the most radical one, i.e. the true last resort when shit has hit the fan and u messed everything up so badly.

Ahahah although jailbreaking for 6.1.6, 7.1.2, 8.1.2 is nowadays pretty straightforward and trouble free.
