khotkeys does not work correctly

Hi community,

The new KDE desktop KF5 currently works the assignment of keyboard shortcuts with the Windows key does not, for example, if you are on the shortcut "Win + X" an action sets (eg the console launch). A key combination with ALT or CTRL works correctly, however.

I have to file a bug report to Debian written below:
