The latest wine version (1.7.54-1) upgrade removes wine-development:i386 on multi-arch. Do not dist-upgrade as it will break wine. Wait for a newer version of wine that resolves this bug: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=803778
