1)
warum ich debian-ports mal angelegt habe, weiß ich nicht mehr,
aber es scheint jetzt ein Problem damit zu geben.

ich weiss nicht, wo diese IP herkommt.

[absolut]

hinter deb.debian.org steckt wahrscheinlich ein load balancer... da kommt wohl die IP 151.101.0.204 her

wieso nicht mal prüfen, ob ports.debian überhaupt notwendig sind...

im allgemeinen hilft es da, den balancer wegzuwerfen und sich nen fixen Mirror in topologischer Nähe zu suchen
