Kernel 6.14 inkompatibel zum Siduction Nvidia Treiber (current/550)

Tried again this morning to install the driver and nvidia-kernel-dkms. No luck.

On my first attempt, I saw an error -- failure building modules for the previous kernel 6.13.9-1. So I used kernel-remover and removed that kernel, leaving only 6.14.2-1 on the machine.

Have you tryed the updated driver package yet?

With the latest version 550.144.03-0~siduction.5, everything compiles correctly on both kernel 6.14-2 and the older 6.13-11.

@McBane -- thank you very much for this. My fixes repo only has the siduction.4 version. So I have a repo problem. I think you put me on the path to a solution!

EDIT:  YES, siduction.5 works perfectly. (when you use a repo that has it ....).

I had not, but now I have.

Modul for nvidia-tesla-470 built just fine and reboot succeeded with working X.

Vielen Dank für die letzte Fassung! Sie funktioniert sehr gut.
[Vorhin bekam ich einen mittelmäßigen Schreck, als ich mein(!) Versprechen einer Lieferung von make.log einlösen wollte. Zu dem Zeitpunkt wollte der Treiber unter keinem meiner Kernel mehr dkms-kompilieren. Das folgende Update behob dann meine Probleme.]
