Hi,

I look for a stabler way to connecting to a second debian box (getting X) in my own private network. Actually I use kdrc, but this app often suddenly breaks. Both boxes are on a switch, which is connected to a router.
Any recommendations?

What about vnc-packages (tightvncviewer etc. )?

I'm using it since years for managing my mothers laptop over the net and managing my Pi at home.

Thanks for the link ayla, this does look like something I'd like to try.  The wiki also translates very well into English using Google Translate.

Added an english part at the bottom.

Would be nice if a native english speaking person would have a look on it and correct my mistakes.

Hi Ayla.  I read through the English version and it reads very well.  Thanks, it reads better than the Google translation.
