Batch for gimp gegl-Operations?

I would like to convert about 500 pics in one directory with gimp and the GEGL - c2g FIlter. This one makes a nice black & white effect, if usesd with nice paramerters:
Radius: 1000
Samples 12
Iterations; 12

unfortunatly the filter is very slow, so make it foto by foto will take a lifetime :-)
How can I do it on the cvomandline as script or batch?
I am still notz knowing if this option is possible with the new GEGL-filters.

David's Batch Processor or BIMP cannot do this, as far as I know.

I use Gimp 2.8.
