[SOLVED] unable to play videos under youtube (paintitblack kde amd64)

Hi there,

After a recent paintitblack kde amd64 fresh installation, I am unable to play any youtube videos. Sometimes an initial snapshot of the video does show up, others just a black screen, but it always stalls, issuing a message: "If playback doesn't begin shortly, try restarting your device."

Any suggestions to fix this?

After suggestions by musca and piper at the siduction irc, I was able to fix this, by simply apt install nvidia-driver and rebooting!
