After an update I get
/usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks/lvm2 failed with return 1.
update-initramfs: failed for /boot/initrd.img-5.6.16-towo.1-siduction-amd64 with 1.


Reinstalling ends up with:
E: Internal Error, No file name for initramfs-tools:amd64

Did you reinstall lvm2?
