LXQT panel and icons (SOLVED)

I have siduction wintersky lxqt on my desktop. It has icons in a panel on top for a lot of applications, including firefox.  I recently installed siduction lxqt from a snapshot (masters of war).  It has no panel.  Is there any easy way to get a panel with icons for the common applications? Can I copy the panel and icons from my desktop?

The panel is plank and you can instal it via

The thing at the top of the screen is for sure plank.
