Hallo zusammen,

aufgrund von zwei kritischen Sicherheitslücken in PHP (CVSS 9.2) werden LinuxNews.de und forum.siduction.org heute, am 21. Oktober, ab 15:50 Uhr kurz offline gehen. Patching braucht eben seinen Moment. Gegen 16:15 Uhr sind wir voraussichtlich wieder da.

Bei der Gelegenheit nehmen wir außerdem eine Konfigurationsanpassung an unserem Hosting-Stack vor, die auf ein Audit mit Claude Mythos 5.1 zurückgeht. 

Viele von euch betreiben vermutlich selbst eine Nextcloud oder einen RSS-Reader wie FreshRSS. Versorgt auch eure Systeme zeitnah mit den Updates!

due to two critical security vulnerabilities in PHP (CVSS 9.2), LinuxNews.de and forum.siduction.org will be briefly offline today, October 21, starting at 15:50 CEST. Patching just takes a moment. We expect to be back around 16:15 CEST.

While we're at it, we'll also be making a configuration change to our hosting stack, based on an audit with Claude Mythos 5.1.

Many of you probably run your own Nextcloud or an RSS reader like FreshRSS. Make sure to get your systems updated promptly as well!
