Nala now supports apt policy command

In 2022 I opened a feature request with Nala to include the often-used command

apt policy Finally today the command was implemented in Rust Nala as

The "latest Version from Github" (= 0.18.2) is also in Sid since last week, so should have come with normal upgrade
