solution:
simple remove all inline comments in /etc/network/interfaces
Error occurs when using ifup/down or invoke-rc.d networking (booting)

Sounds like a bug to me as comments in E-N-I should not be a problem at all

The problem is: whey you boot with such an error there is no network availible to research the error. So better know before.
