[EN] Sway 1.21

I did not use Siduction as the "little atom that could" is 32 bit. 
I got rid of of I3 I had in testing on the SDHC on my old Acer atom and installed sway 1.21 with standard Debian Sid. 
I have had no real problems so far in the last few months.
If I do have problems, well that is what bug reports to Debian is for.
