Oder einfach das Paket firmware-realtek installieren.
Bei beiden Möglichkeiten davon abgesehen, daß ein RTL8821CE verbaut ist, dessen FW weder noch enthalten ist, man also nach dieser Firmware suchen sollte.Siehe hier!
