Upgrading from rc to final.

Since siduction is rolling release distribution, can I just upgrade rc to final release?

Ok, found it myself, it's kind of a download manager for apt. Maybe usefull on bad connections.

apt-fast does some sort of ping test/geolocation to determine closest mirror to the user
