Is there a Siduction repository mirror in the US?

I have searched the docs, but all I can find about repositories is saying to add repositories in Germany.

My problem is that the connection to ftp://ftp.spline.de starts well, then it slows down to tens of Kb/s, then it slows down to about 2 Kb/s, then it just stops. This happens just about every time I run "apt-get update".

So, is there a US-based Siduction mirror to which I could maintain a fast connection? I have already switched my Debian repository to a US mirror. I apologize if I missed anything in the docs about this, but I looked and could not find anything.
