Hello everyone, I would like to ask you a guide to correctly install the driver broadcom-sta on my laptop aspire 5745-G.

you should not need to use sta-driver for this.

apt-get install firmware-brcm80211

modprobe -r brcmsmac ; modprobe brcmsmac
Should work after that.

ps. I prefer to use instead of kmanagment knemo. You probably do not know its features.
