SOLVED: OpenWRT on WRT54GLv1.1 (?)
« on: 2013/02/28, 01:39:05 »
Attention: router testpilots:

Which upgrade of OpenWRT is likely to give me the most joy installed on a Linksys WRT54GLv1.1 ? It has White Russian on presently.
Best I can gather: Backfire c/w 2.4 kernel. But I find OpenWRT docs pretty unclear.
Should the full version of LuCi likely install, or only the abbreviated list of LuCi files?
This will work with siduction and with a Thomson gateway set to bridge mode (connected by my phone line out to my phone company ISP).
This is a new rig for a political campaign office. My rig is identical except I'm still running Kamikaze.

EDIT: Latest Backfire was installed last night. All appears to be working properly.
