gtk3 theme issues (again)

I use a dark theme called xfce-dusk. Unfortunately, it's never updated for newer gtk3 versions. Recently, gtk3 went from 3.8.x branch to the 3.10.x branch. Now, when I scroll in some applications, things get highlighted in dark blue color. The same dark blue frames buttons that I hover over in the same apps.

So I'm trying to find what changed in regards to theming with gtk 3.10.x version. Any ideas?
