testdisk dependencies broken

the d-u will remove testdisk, its not installable these days - if one think, that one can not live without testdisk, set it on hold. Otherwise let it go and reinstall, when installable again.

I elected to hold it.  I want to find out if there's a replacement or not.  I've never had to use it, but, it seems like it might come in handy.  Then again, so might a live iso.

a live iso - and a 1:1 clone of the drive in charge may be a good idea :D
