How to start in Termina?

Hello
After recent xorg problems a lot of pkgs removed from my system. I installed many of them (i.e xorg, radeon etc).
Now, in the login screen I have no mouse or keyboard.
I would like, during boot to go directly in command line to install the missing packages.
Is that possible?
I use systemd.

Hit "e" at bootmenu, add a 3 at the end of the line, which beginns with linux.
