(solved) Notify-send doesn't show the notification

It is like 2 weeks that I cannot read notification sent with notify-send so all the software that use it like Firefox doesn't show the notifications.

The blank line happen with everything so for my the notifications system is like broken, and I have no idea where to start to debug because on cli I don't get any errors.

Seems that only Chromium can sent the notification without issues while the rest has problems...I am not sure if it is a KDE conflcits somewhere.

As I can see electron app and telegram doesn't show the notifications...
Someone as idea about how to debug that?

Reddit suggested me a ticket that explain that the fix is available in KDE 5.38.0 https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=382340

I downloaded the source, patched, compiled and installed the new db and now the notifications are working
