Keyboard Navigation Issue with PCManFM

About 2-3 weeks ago, I noticed that ALT-+ (navigate to parent directory) no longer works in PCManFM.  I don't believe there was a PCManFM upgrade.  I'm thinknig another upgrade may be causing this issue, but since I didn't note when the issue actually occurred, it makes it difficult to attempt to locate.
Dual-booting Debian Stable and Unstable with Openbox window manager and Tint2 panel.
