Probably not something wanted, and doubtless will pass soon.

Try

apt -s install phonon-backend-gstreamer-common

I think you will find that it will install and remove an older version with a slightly different package name.

The kde-runtime removal has gone away after an update this morning. Thanks for the phonon suggestion, Dibl.
